Oman Oil Production Picks Up by O.23% in December

Oman’s average daily production of oil has increased by 0.23% during December 2020, recording 722,443 barrels per day (bbl/d) compared to the previous month, Times of Oman reported quoting the monthly report of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.

It reported that the average of Oman Blend crude oil exports reached 806,831 bbl/d increasing by 3.81% compared to November. The report elaborated that Oman’s oil exports to China have increased by 6% month on month (MoM) in addition to Malaysia whose oil imports from Oman surged by 0.20%. However, the Indian imports declined by 13.4%.

According to the report, the import list of Oman has expanded by the import returns from Japan, Philippine, and Thailand.
