According to the Cabinet, the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) is among the ministries that have made significant achievements both quantitatively and qualitatively in addressing and resolving the causes of complaints and responding to them effectively.
The statement elaborated that the MoPMR, the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company, and its subsidiaries dealt with 2,946 complaints and reports through the unified government complaints system in August.
The Ministry addressed the causes and responded to 2,643 complaints and reports out of the total complaints.
