The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) has inaugurated the development and rehabilitation project of one of the villages of Housh Eissa in Beheira Governorate.
This comes within the framework of the oil and gas sector’s social responsibility (CSR) strategy to support Egyptian society and ensure the development of areas and communities surrounding petroleum work sites through close cooperation between various companies in the sector and civil society institutions to achieve sustainable development goals within Egypt’s Vision 2030.
The project was implemented in cooperation between Petrotrade, Sianco, Fajr, and Al Orman Association. It includes upgrading and rehabilitating 28 households and implementing 28 small projects for the neediest families, which contributes to improving the living conditions of the villagers.
