Egypt’s Prime Minister, Sherif Ismail, pointed out the importance of completing the process of reviewing the data of the petroleum products distribution system all over the country, in the light of the continues development of the system, according to Amwal Al Ghad .
This came during the meeting held to follow up the first phase of the distribution system all over the country, in the presence of the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, Minister of Finance, Minister of Supply and Internal trade, Minister of State for Local Development, and Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.
During the meeting, a report was reviewed on the evaluation of implementing the first phase of the petroleum products distribution system, which monitors the petroleum products in quantity and quality since their exit from the warehouses till reaching various gas stations all over the country, in addition to monitoring the distributed quantities that meet industrial demand. The system also aims to check the efficiency of the phase and its ability to increase the effectiveness of the control process and prevent smuggling such products.
