The Iraqi Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani told Reuters today that Iraq accepted to raise its oil exports over the next year.
China will be receiving more than 300 thousand barrel per day (bpd) from the Iraqi fields in 2010.
According to the Chinese data, the average of Iraqi oil exports to China reached 144 thousand bpd between January and November of last year. This means that Iraq will double its exports to China.
