Iran has shown a 9% year-on-year (YoY) increase in the production of natural gas and condensates in the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2020-September 21, 2020), according to Fars News Agency.

Farshid Abdali Dehdezi, CEO of Parsian Gas Refining Company (PGRC), provided data showcasing that his company supplied 10.34 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and a further 3.88 million barrels (mmbbl) of gas condensate in H1 2020, representing a 9% increase than last year’s corresponding period.

The PGRC owns the largest sweet gas refinery and the second-largest gas producer in the country.
