INA to drill two wells in Western Desert

INA – Industrija nafte, the national oil company of Croatia, is preparing to drill two new wells in its acquisition area in Western Desert. The drilling will be 5000 meters depth after the company updated its geological research and reached new data that will help in operations.

INA is currently looking into renting rigs from the local Egyptian market with a power of 1500 and 2000 hp, and equipped with Top Drive gear.

The company is doing a research in the Jurassic layer in the Western Desert, which started to give positive results of oil and gas.
