The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, joined a panel of judges in the personal interviews with the third batch of the Executive Presidential Leadership Program (EPLP) in the headquarters of the National Training Academy, a press release stated.
El Molla expressed his pleasure to participate in such interviews which he considered a seamless two-way communication between the leaders and the conscious Egyptian youth who have great potential and the latest ideas.
The minister praised the efforts exerted by the academy in this aspect and its role in discovering youth talents, contributing to prepare a generation that can lead through Egypt’s Vision 2030.
He elaborated that the selection process is objective and transparent, as well as comprehensive and diverse to accurately assess applicants and detect talents promptly. El Molla noted that the most important training should be developed to make trainees aware with the latest national, regional, and international updates and their impact on the Egyptian economy.
The minister said that the training develops trainees’s performance and raise their efficiency, in addition to their know-how of the latest technologies. Additionally, he stressed on including the concept of interactive learning between trainers and trainees during the program to promote fruitful discussions.
