Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, has issued promotions and transfers in the petroleum sector.

Eng. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Chairman of Khalda Petroleum Company, was appointed as the new Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) for production and fields’ development.

Eng. Khaled Muwafy, Assistant Chairman of Khalda Petroleum Company, was promoted to be the new Chairman of the Company.

Geologist Alaa Abdel Fattah, Assistant Chairman of Badr Petroleum Company for exploration (Bapetco), was appointed as the new Chairman of Agiba Petroleum Company.

Eng. Mahmoud Abdul Fattah, Chairman of  PetroSannan Petroleum Company, was appointed as the new Chairman of Petroshahd Petroleum Company and Dr. Ashraf El Amir, Chairman of Petroshahd Petroleum Company, was appointed as the new Chairman of  PetroSannan Petroleum Company.
