Egypt Oil & Gas Hosts Final Technical Field Workshop Ahead of 2024 Convention

Under the high patronage of Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi, Egypt Oil & Gas organized the third and final technical field workshop as part of the Egypt Oil & Gas 2024 Convention (10th edition).

The workshop took place on September 28th at the Rashpetco field in Idku and featured presentations from Rashpetco, Petrobel, Abu Qir, WASCO, PhPC, and Nospco.

Prominent industry figures attended, including Tamer Edrees, EGPC Vice Chairman for Production; Mohamed Mohy, EGPC Vice Chairman for Exploration; Tamer Ayesh, Assistant Executive Director of EGPC for Safety and Environment; Mohamed Samir, Rashpetco Chairman; and Khaled Gad, General Manager and Managing Director of Rashpetco.

The second workshop was held on September 24th at El Salam Base in the Khalda Fields, and the first workshop took place on September 14th at the General Petroleum Company (GPC) Field in Ras Gharib.

The findings and outcomes from these workshops will be presented at the EOG Convention 2024, scheduled for November 24 under the patronage of Minister Karim Badawi. The workshops were supported by EGPC, technically prepared by the Egypt Oil & Gas Committee, and sponsored by United Energy Egypt (UEE).
