President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has witnessed the signing of a protocol of intent for cooperation between Egypt’s Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), and Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy.

The protocol was signed by Tarek El Molla, Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources; and Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
