EGAS: The Pipeline Rupture in Alexandria is repaired

The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) declared that the rupture occurred at the pipeline of Mahmoudia/Moharram Bek in Alexandria has been repaired, according to press release.

This incident took place as a result of some erosion operations by one of the contracting companies during their development work of the Mahmoudia Axis.

Additionally, EGAS remarked that the damaged 25-millimeter pipeline is owned by the National Gas Company (NATGAS).

Furthermore, EGAS stressed that the service has not been cut of the participants in that area, in addition, the authorities were informed to commence investigating this incident in that regard.
