Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) has canceled a tender for six Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) loading cargoes from the Idku plant, after it was scheduled to be offered during the period between October to November 2019 as Free on Board (FoB) shipping, Reuters quoted three sources as saying.

This is the third consecutive tender canceled by the company. The tender canceled last month was due to low bids, three sources told Reuters.

EGAS was founded in Egypt in 2001 as an entity mandated to organize and handle the activities of the natural gas resources of Egypt in an effort to add value to the Egyptian economy.
