The LEEA Lifting and Rigging Conference Middle East will take place on December 14 and 15 at the Shangri-La Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE, announced Trade Arabia.
The conference is on ‘Stability in Lifting Arrangements’ and will include an overview of new diploma-level training course on mobile cranes.
One of the most distinguished speakers at this event is Keith Anderson, chief rigging engineer at Bechtel and the programme manager of Industrial Training International’s (ITI) Fundamentals of Rigging Engineering Program.
His presentation will cover design considerations, unstable arrangements, static equilibrium and load levelling among other topics.
