Circle Oil, an international oil and gas exploration and production company, declared the completion of repairs to its gas pipeline in Morocco, reported Oil Voice.
Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM), which operated the pipeline, had previously announced that the pipeline was in a temporary closure due to an earth movement near to the town of Kenitra in northern Morocco, according to Digital Look. The pipeline was closed whilst a repair was designed and implemented. The work was carried out by Circle without incident, on schedule and slightly under budget.
The pipeline spur is used to transport approximately 30% of the gas produced in the Sebou field, and is owned by Circle Oil with a working interest of 75% and ONHYM with 25% take.
