Russian Novatek company announced that its joint venture with Gazprombank, Cryogas-Vysotsk, has produced the first 1 million tons of liquified natural gas (LNG) since the launch of the project in 2019, according to a press release.

The company has loaded more than 200 LNG carriers and 1,200 trucks to different regions including Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Estonia, Poland and Spain, during this period. The project also supplied more than 80 trucks to the Russian domestic market to provide clean-burning LNG.
