Aker Solutions has been awarded a five-year engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract extension by ExxonMobil for the Hebron platform in Canada, according to a press release.

Linda Aase, executive vice president, brownfield projects, said, “We are delighted to be extending our strong relationship with ExxonMobil in Canada, and to further strengthen the international footprint of our brownfield services business.”

The contract extension is valued at $154 million and the contract will begin in the summer of 2020. The deal will be booked as order intake in Q3 of 2020. 

Aker Solutions has provided EPC services to Hebron since 2015.
