    Eng. Sameh Fahmy, the Egyptian petroleum Minister, issued his orders to bring some movements to the head of Tharwa Petroleum Company and some other companies. Geologist Abu Bakr Ibrahim will head Tharwa Petroleum Company, instead of Eng. Atef Abdel-Sadeq, who became the head of the Mineral Resources department in the Ministry of Petroleum.
