US crude oil stockpiles have unexpectedly risen to an all time high after refiners boosted imports, especially from Saudi Arabia, whilst oil exports slumped to their lowest levels since November 2019.
Saudi Arabia's total crude oil output dropped by 0.660 million barrels per day (b/d) in September to 9.129 million b/d.
Ibrahim al-Buainain, CEO of Aramco Trading Company, has said that there are good opportunities for investment and expansion of existing cooperation between Egypt and Saudi Aramco.
