Egypt to Import 2m Tons of Crude from Iraq

A government source informed Egypt Oil & Gas that the Cabinet is considering fuel suppliers offers to import oil from Iraq starting from January 2016. This was especially in light of the fuel crisis that periodically returns as over the past two months. -

Amr Mustafa: Strategic Reserves to Resolve Gasoline Crisis at Stations

In exclusive statements made to Egypt Oil & Gas, Amr Mustafa, EGPC Vice Executive Chairman for Operations, said that the quantities of gasoline supplied today have been increased to 22,000 tons from 20,000, for both the petrol 80 and 92 types, a 10% rise over the normal rate. -
Update-1: Fuel Crisis in Egypt

EGPC announced in an official statement that it will begin pumping additional quantities of gasoline—up to 10%—at all gas stations in the coming days, after the lack of 92 octane has risen to crisis levels in a number of stations, reported Egypt Oil & Gas (EOG).
