Schlumberger announced the acquisition of Insensys Oil & Gas Ltd, a UK-based pioneer in the provision of non-intrusive fiber-optic measurements for application in the integrity surveillance of subsea production systems. Insensys Oil & Gas is based in Southampton, U.K., and has 16 employees.
