United Energy Group Briefs Badawi on its Operations in Egypt

During a meeting with the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi, United Energy Group CEO Song Yu gave an explanation on the latest developments of the company’s operations in its concession areas in Egypt.

This came on the sidelines of ADIPEC conference and exhibition 2024.

The two parties also discussed the status of completing the exploration program in the West Wadi El Natrun area as well as completing the development plan of its new discovery.

For his part, Yu indicated that the company is committed to operate in Egypt and is looking forward to intensifying drilling programs, exploration and research operations, and increasing production rates. Moreover, he expressed the company’s desire to obtain new exploration areas.
