Town Gas Reviews the Achievements of Its Complaints Response Service

Chairman and Managing Director of Town Gas Mohamed Fathy held discussions with the Director of the Monitoring Department at the Unified Government Complaints System (UGCS) Karam Khalifa, regarding the company’s complaint response procedures and its capabilities in swiftly dealing with customer complaints.

This came during the visit of a delegate from the UGCS to the company as part of the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla expressed his keenness to activate the services programs provided to the citizens.

Moreover, the delegate has visited the new digital customer service system (DCS) and mobile customer service. They studied how to connect the system to the UGCS. At the end of the meeting, the delegate praised the performance of the company as it responded to 100% of the complaints.
