Suez Oil Processing Company (SOPC) Chairman Hesham Fathy has announced that the company’s refinery has produced about 1.3 million tons during the fiscal year (FY) 2023/24 which contributes in providing a part of the local market needs of high standard petroleum products.
This announcement was made during the general assembly meeting of SOPC which was headed by the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi to approve the operational results.
Fathy showcased the projects of the investments plan which include 14 warehouses for Terpene, Mazut, Gasoline, Butane.
He also reviewed the linear programming projects and the progress of work in the new coking complex, the projects of energy reduction projects, health and safety, environment (HSE) and its community contribution to serving the people of Suez.
