The MoU aims at developing joint potentials in executing projects of exploration and production (E&P), as well as pipelines.

The MoU touches cooperation in developing and modernizing the oil and gas facilities in and out of Egypt, Bahaa noted.

Moreover, it involves securing business opportunities and exchanging experience, as well as other available opportunities to cover the needs of oil, gas, and water projects in Egypt and abroad, Bahaa added.

Before the signing, El Molla held talks with the two energy leaders, as well as a delegation from Schlumberger that included President Middle East & North Africa at Schlumberger, Tarek Rizk.
