Satish Pai has been appointed as a non-executive director on bp’s board. His appointment will begin on March 1, 2023. Upon appointment, Satish will take a seat on the Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Since 2013, Satish Pai has served as the company’s chief executive officer for its aluminum division and as managing director of Hindalco Industries since 2016. Satish worked at Schlumberger for 28 years in a variety of engineering and management positions, including executive vice-president, worldwide operations, before joining Hindalco Industries. Since 2016, Satish has also worked for ABB as a non-executive director.
