The petroleum sector is preparing to initiate the production in Raven Gas Field in North Alexandria concession next September, with an estimated maximum gas production capacity between 850 and 900 million cubic feet per day (mcf/d), according to official sources from the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), Amwal Al Ghad reported.

The field will produce from 20,000 to 25,000 barrels of gas condensates per day, which will enable the petroleum sector’s self-sufficiency.
