The Petroleum Safety and Environmental Services Company (PetroSafe) and the Petroleum Pipeline Company (PPC) held a community consultation session in the Alexandria Governorate to discuss the environmental assessment study for evaluating the impact of the MIDOR-Alhamra  production line project.

This session came within the framework of the company’s keenness to uphold the principles of sustainable development.

The project is considered an important part of the national strategy for the petroleum sector, which aims to increase production and petroleum exports.

PetroSafe indicated that the proposed project works were carried out based on applicable standards.

PetroSafe and PPC officials responded to all inquiries and discussions that were put forward by the attendees.
