Petroleum Sector Achieves Significant Progress in Addressing Public Complaints: September Report

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has reviewed the updates of the Cabinet’s Unified Government Complaints System and its relevant government agencies efforts in responding to the complaints during September 2024, where the reports demonstrated that the petroleum sector achieved significant progress.

According to a report by Tarek El Refaei, Director of the Unified Government Complaints System, the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) and its affiliated companies addressed 3,522 complaints.

The report further revealed that the MoPMR resolved and responded to the causes of 3,298 of these complaints.
