Egypt’s consumption of petroleum products dropped by around 11.19% year-on-year (YOY) in December 2018 to 2.596 million tons, compared to 2.923 million tons in December 2017, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.
Statistics published by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) show that petroleum product’s output slightly increased by 1.67% from 2.811 million tons in December 2017 to 2.858 million tons in the same month of 2018.
Egypt’s consumption of petroleum products grew by around 2.12% month-on-month, down from the 2.542 million tons consumed in November 2018.
