Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) has conducted its 110th ministerial meeting in Kuwait headed by the Naseer Aziz Gabbar, the representative of Iraq at OAPEC’s Executive Office as Iraq is the President for the current session.
According to OAPEC’s press release, the meeting tackled several topics, including the annual results for 2022, the organization restructure and business development, as well as, preparations for the second edition of the Arab Energy Conference which will be held in Qatar. It also discussed OAPEC’s award for scientific research which is delivered every two years as well as the general secretary report about the secretariat activities.
The meeting was concluded by issuing number of decisions related to the discussed topics to be put on the implementation schedule.
