The regular general assembly of Nile Petroleum Company was chaired by Salah Abdel Kerim, Chairman of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), and was held in the presence of leaders from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and heads of contributing companies to review the company’s performance for 2024.
During the meeting, Ahmed Eid, Chairman of Nile Petroleum Company, presented a report on the achievements that were implemented during the year in line with the state’s general policy.
In 2024, Nile Petroleum Company performed remarkably, demonstrating its commitment to growth and innovation. The company expanded its network by designing and implementing new car fueling stations, aligning with the modernization plan of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
Nile Petroleum also updated its logo and visual identity to better reflect its brand and activities. Enhancing its capabilities in the aviation sector, the company established a new aircraft fueling station at Assiut Airport and the largest such station at El Alamein Airport, supporting the development of the Northwest Coast.
To meet local market demands and combat fraud, Nile Petroleum developed its oil products with improved packaging, designs, and trade names, incorporating security measures like the ‘Ruling Rose’ and activating a QR code system for product information.
The company also introduced new high-performance synthetic oils (Stark Pro and Sobek Pro) and ventured into the home care market with its new brand, Darly, in partnership with specialized companies. Furthermore, Nile Petroleum expanded its reach by marketing transformer oils to electricity companies, solidifying its position in this crucial sector.
