Mohamed Kandil, the new Chairman and Managing Director of the Egyptian Company For Natural Gas Distribution (Town Gas), chaired his first board of directors meeting, which approves procedures of the company’s leadership transfer.

 Kandil has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Egyptian Company For Natural Gas Distribution (Town Gas) as per the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla’s decree, according to Al Ahram.

The new chairman and managing director succeeded Yasser Fouad Bahnas, who managed Town Gas for nearly five years.
