Neptune Energy Group Midco Ltd. has been upgraded by Moody’s Investors Service from Ba3 to Ba2. Neptune Energy Bondco plc’s existing $850 million senior notes due 2025 have also been upgraded to Ba3 by Moody’s from B1. There has been a change from a positive outlook to a stable outlook.
