MoPMR Demonstrates Excellence in Complaint Resolution in March

Tarek El Rifai, Director of the Government Complaints System, stated that the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), among other ministries, demonstrated remarkable performance during the month of March, the Cabinet announced.

This came during Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly’s review of the government complaints system’s progress last March.

The MoPMR managed up to 2,171 complaints and notifications. The efforts of the system’s work teams in the ministry and the relevant sector companies successfully helped in resolving and processing 1,811 complaints and notifications with a completion rate of more than 83%.
