The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and its subsidiaries dealt with 2,102 complaints and reports during June 2024.
These complaints included requests to install meters and house connections, issues related to high gas bills, and gas leak concerns.
This came in the report prepared by the Director of the Unified Governmental Complaints System at the Cabinet Tarek El Rifai and submitted in front of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly for review.
The report highlighted the MoPMR’s remarkable performance in resolving complaints and meeting the needs of citizens.
Madbouly emphasized President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to communicate with citizens to resolve their complaints in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
