MoPMR Excels in Complaint Resolution

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) achieved remarkable rates of responses to citizens’ complaints in terms of quantity and quality in dealing with and addressing the causes of complaints.

This came in a detailed report prepared by Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek el Refaei and submitted for Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly to review.

As part of the system’s efforts during October 2024, the MoPMR and its affiliated companies dealt with 3,921 complaints and reports, and the causes of 3,694 complaints and reports were addressed and responded to.
