The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), and its subsidiaries dealt with 2,203 complaints and reports, in April 2024.

The Ministry addressed the reasons for and responded to 1,986 complaints and reports, with a completion rate of 90% of the total complaints and reports received during the month of April.

This comes in a report prepared by Tarek el Refaei, Director of the Cabinet’s Unified Government Complaints System, for Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly to follow up on the efforts of the system during April 2024.
