MoP Among Ministries with Highest Response Rate to Citizens’ Complaints

The Cabinet has announced that the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoP) is among the ministries with the highest response rates to citizens’ complaints in August 2022.

According to a statement, Tarek El Refai, the Director of the Unified Governmental Complaint Mechanism, elaborated that the MoP, in addition to nine other ministries, successfully responded to 90% of the complaints received by the ministries in August 2022.

This announcement came during the cabinet meeting headed by the Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly to follow up on the governmental efforts in responding quickly and immediately to citizens’ complaints received through the unified governmental complaints system in the Cabinet.
