Misr Petroleum Company is pumping around 2.1 million liters per day of 92-octane gasoline in local markets, a company source told Amwal Al Ghad.

The source also pointed to the stability of diesel and 80-octane gasoline sales, as the company sells around 15 million liters per day of diesel and 6 million liters per day of 80-octane gasoline.

The company sells its products through a network of more than 1,350 filling stations across Egypt, the source indicated, adding that Misr Petroleum has a strategy to add more stations during fiscal year (FY) 2019/20.

The company plans to renew and rehabilitate old facilities in order to cope with newer stations, which are being built in cooperation with the company’s representatives across the country.
