Madbouly Reviews Efforts of Government Complaints System During August

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly followed up on the efforts of the unified government complaints system in the Cabinet and its associated government agencies, during August 2023.

This review was conducted through a detailed report prepared by Tarek El Rifai, Director of the system.

Regarding the petroleum and mineral resources sector, El Rifai confirmed, through the report, that the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources received and dealt with 2,178 complaints and reports through the unified government complaints system.

The work teams of the Ministry and the concerned companies quickly dealt with these complaints. This was within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness to continue improving all services to make it easier for all citizens.

This resulted in 1,627 complaints and communications being settled and dealt with. In addition, 542 complaints are being resolved and dealt with, of which 511 emergency communications were immediately responded to immediately upon receipt through the emergency management mechanism and the rapid intervention of the emergency teams in the natural gas distribution companies.

In this context, El Rifai also confirmed that August witnessed the continuation of achieving positive and immediate responses in addressing complaints received through the system from natural gas customers in homes and cars to resolve any problems that its users may face.
