After lifting its force majeure, estimates indicate that Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) and its companies have achieved a relative increase in oil production, with current production reaching 860,000 barrels per day (bbl/d), compared to 560,000 bbl/d pre-reopening production rate.

Within two weeks, the NOC hopes to increase production to 1.2 million bbl/d.
