Egypt Gas Company expects proceeds from its expansion project in Jordan to reach 5% of its revenues by the end of 2018, Amwal Al Ghad reports.
The company’s projection is based upon a feasibility study performed by Osool Asset Management.
The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority authorized the feasibility study.
Egypt Gas Company signed a contract with the Jordanian-Egyptian Fajr for Natural Gas Transmission and Supply Company to establish a natural gas pipeline to supply natural gas for the Jordanian United Iron and Steel Manufacturing Company (Manaseer Iron & Steel), Al Borsa reports. The pipeline project will cost $600,000, according to Al Mal News.
