The Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company (Ethydco) honored its distinguished employees who graduated from the ambitious program of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) to qualify young and middle leaders.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Hesham Riyad, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, of Ethydco and the company’s leaders, where the Chairman congratulated the honorees and called on them to benefit from the experiences and knowledge they acquired.

He also asked them to transfer and apply these acquired knowledge in their field of work in the company and to transfer their experiences to their colleagues and for their excellence to be an incentive for the rest of the employees for a better future for the company and the petroleum sector. 

It is worth noting that 34 of Ethydco’s sons had previously participated in the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ Young and Medium Leaders Qualification Program, as part of its efforts to invest in the human element with the aim of developing the scientific and applied skills of young petroleum cadres and investing in strategic partnerships between the petroleum sector and its global partners in providing these promising cadres with opportunities to gain knowledge and experience to develop the petroleum sector.
