Equinor announced a $0.20 ordinary dividend per share and a $0.20 extraordinary dividend per share for the first quarter of 2022. The average USDNOK fixing rate from Norges Bank for the period plus/minus three business days from the record date of August 12, 2022, or a total of seven business days, is the basis for the NOK dividend per share.

For this time frame, the typical Norges Bank fixing rate was 9.6405. The resultant NOK 3.8562 represents the total cash dividend of USD 0.40 per share for the first quarter of 2022.

Shareholders on the Oslo Brs (Oslo Stock Exchange) and holders of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) on the New York Stock Exchange will receive dividend payments on August 26, 2022.
