Eni to Issue New Fixed Rate Bonds

Eni to Issue New Fixed Rate Bonds

Eni intends to place new fixed rate bonds with a 4-year and 10-year maturity (the “Bonds”), under its existing Euro Medium Term Note Program.

Under Eni’s existing Euro Medium Term Note Program, the company plans to issue new fixed rate bonds with 4-year and 10-year maturity. The to-be-issued Bonds are going in the same line with the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors on April 7, 2022 and are aimed at financing Eni’s future needs and at maintaining a well-balanced financial structure.

The Bonds, which are aimed at institutional investors, will be issued subject to market circumstances and then listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s regulated market.

Eni has appointed a syndicate of firms to act as joint bookrunners for the Bonds’ issue, including Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International, Intesa Sanpaolo (Divisione IMI CIB), MUFG, Santander, SMBC, Société Générale, and UniCredit.
