Eni has announced amendments  financial calendar published on 30 January 2020, according to a press release.

The meeting of the Board of Directors convened to resolve the interim dividend for 2020 has been brought forward from 17 September 2020 to 15 September 2020.

Also, the Board of Directors meeting to analyse the Q3 2020 results, which was scheduled for 29 October 2020, is now anticipated to occur on 28 October 2020.

Eni Group is an integrated energy company looking to transition from fossil energy and recently announced a new business structure for the company, in which two new business groups were created, Natural Resources and Energy Evolution, which will transform Eni into an industry leader in the energy transition.
