Within one year of opening its branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt Maintenance Company (EMC) Chairman, Khaled Ibrahim, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Azhar Services and Contracting Company, one of the largest contracting companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during his visit to the Kingdom from January 6 to 9, 2025.
The agreement aims to foster collaboration between the two companies in maintenance and technical services while exploring opportunities for future partnerships.
At the start of its 27th year, Egypt Maintenance Company (EMC) continues to excel as a leading provider of maintenance solutions and development services in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf region.
This success aligns with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ strategy, which emphasizes the importance of Egyptian petroleum companies expanding their operations internationally and maximizing their added value.
On the sidelines of the visit, Ibrahim met with Rakan Azhar, Chairman and Managing Director of Azhar Holding Company.
Ibrahim stated that this partnership marks a significant step in enhancing EMC’s business and strengthening its presence in the Saudi market. This collaboration aligns with the company’s goals of expanding its geographical footprint beyond Egypt, positioning EMC as an ambassador for the Egyptian petroleum sector, and providing integrated maintenance solutions and technical services across the Middle East and Arabian Gulf region.
