President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will meet with the Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, and the Cypriot President, Nicos Anastasiades, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.
The leaders will attend a trilateral summit between the three countries in Cyprus.
While in Cyprus, El Sisi will address the Cypriot Parliament to discuss Egyptian-Cypriot relations. The Egyptian president will also meet with Anastasiades to discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations on all levels, Bassam Rady, a presidential spokesman, said.
The Egyptian and Cypriot presidents plan to launch the Egyptian-Cypriot Business Forum to boost economic and commercial ties between the two countries and open up new investment opportunities.
The summit will take place on November 21st. It is the fifth trilateral summit between the three countries since November 2014.
Earlier this month, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, met with Cypriot officials to discuss greater cooperation in oil and gas sector, Egypt Oil & Gas reported at the time.
Cyprus has indicated that it is interested in exporting its natural gas to Egypt, according to Cypriot media.
