On the Sidelines of the CERAWeek conference, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla met with the Egyptian Engineers working in the oil and gas industry in the US.

During the meeting, El Molla showcased the success stories and the efforts for developing and upgrading the Egyptian petroleum sector through the Modernization project.

Additionally, El Molla discussed the challenges faced by the industry recently and the volatility witnessed by the global petroleum markets. They also discussed how to benefit from the expertise and skills they gained through their work in the oil and gas fields abroad.

At the end of the meeting, the participants agreed to establish a platform to exchange experiences and expertise with the petroleum sector in Egypt.
